Since the relevant paras being 21 to 23 of the Forech Judgment have been cited and relied upon by this Appellate Tribunal in the judgment under discussion, we do not propose to reproduce the same again I.A. Nos. 811, 917, 962 and 1587 of 2020 in Company Appeal No. 1434 of 2019 only to increase the volume of this order
