Counsel for the objector, on the other hand, has opposed the prayer and it is submitted that the Ashram, in which the applicant is showing his presence, belongs to him only and it is possible to override the date and time of the CCTV footage and the medical reports are also of the subsequent dates and the railway tickets have also not been verified if the applicant has travelled from Ratlam to Ahmedabad one day prior to the incident. Be that as it may, on due consideration of submission, perusal of the case diary as also the documents filed by the applicant on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that looking to the CCTV footage, prima facie case is made out by the applicant, which belongs to Religious Act and it is excepted that he would not be filing false affidavit and the documents to take the anticipatory bail and subsequently, if it is found that the documents filed by the applicant are forged, appropriate action shall be taken by the State against the applicant. In view of the same, applicant has made out a case for grant of anticipatory bail.
