In respect of such land

In respect of such land which is notified prim under section 10 (1), the Competent Authority shall again issue a notification under section 10 (3) of the Act, 1976 containing a declaration that excess vacant land referred to in the notification shall be deemed to have been acquired by the State Government with effect from the date specified in the declaration and upon publication of such declaration in the official Gazette, the land shall be deemed to have been vested absolutely in the State Government free from all encumbrances.
